Schools that purchase a School Action Toolkit are granted an educational licence to screen the film for educational purposes on school premises. This includes free screenings for the school community, but does not extend to screenings where audience members pay to attend (such as fundraising events).
The School Action Kit may be used by all personnel of your School. Under no circumstances may a School share, or ‘sub-licence’ its School Action Toolkit (or any part of it) to anyone outside of your School, including other educational institutions, or persons. Any such sharing is strictly unauthorised and That Sugar Movement will seek immediate injunctive relief, including a claim for damages for loss of profits from any School which breaches these licence conditions.
